In May 2000, a live performance by a unit under the name of PHEW & Seiichi Yamamoto, who supported Slap Happy, was formed in June of the same year with the concept of early punk. From November of the same year, he presided over the series gig under the title "THE MOST NOTORIOUS!" Released the first album "MOST" in 2001, the second album "MOST MOST" in 2003 from P-VINE RECORDS, and the live album "The Most Notorious!" in 2010 by series Gik. In addition to the series Gig, he performed live energetically and continues to the present.

Phew(vo)： Starting from the legendary Aunt Sally, a vocalist who followed various musical transitions with solo, NOVO TONO, Phew Unit, and Big Picture.
Hisato Yamamoto (g): Formed NORA in 1994, and then joined MOST after passing through a tower with PHEW unit,ex-FRICTION Akinobu Imai and others.
Masayuki Chatani (drs): Joined MOST in February 2001 after joining JASONS, STROBO. He is also active in Kudo 'N' Chatani, thePOPS, CHAOS jocky, etc.
Yusuke Nishimura (b): Participated in numerous bands including Stalin, Machidachozo + Kitazawa Gumi, NOVO TONO. He is also active in Ubik and MYM.
Seiichi Yamamoto (g): He is active in numerous bands such as ROVO, BOREDOMS, compass, memory wharf, etc.
