HELLOWEEN was scheduled to conduct a Japan tour from June 19th (Sun), but due to sudden illness of drummer Dani Loeble, the schedule of this tour was unavoidably postponed. The postponement schedule is currently coordinated with each band and venue. The postponement schedule and refund response will be announced on the Creativeman website, etc. after adjustment. Until then, please bring your ticket without losing it. We deeply apologize for any inconvenience this may cause to our customers and related parties.
Please note that even if you come to the venue on June 19 (Sun), we will not be able to refund tickets at the venue.

HELLOWEEN forced to cancel Japanese tour due to sudden illness of drummer Dani Loeble! In the morning hours of June 14th, HELLOWEEN drummer Dani Loeble was hospitalized with an appendix breakthrough. He undertook an emergency surgery and his doctors have strongly advised him to "rest for several weeks!“ Due to Dani’s sudden illness, the band has no choice but to postpone the scheduled Japanese tour starting this Sunday in Hiroshima. The promoter Creative Man Production Co., Ltd. is currently working on rescheduling the dates. Please keep your tickets and kindly wait for further instructions & updates via HELLOWEEN´s and Creative Man´s homepage and Facebook page - thank you! HELLOWEEN deeply apologizes any inconvenience this may cause and greatly appreciates the understanding of their faithful Japanese fans!

On the morning of June 14, drummer Dani Loeble was taken to the hospital due to severe appendicitis, undergoing emergency surgery, and was then sentenced to a few weeks of rest by a doctor. That's why the band had to postpone the Japan Tour, which was scheduled to start from Hiroshima on Sunday. The promoter creative man is currently adjusting a new schedule, so we will bring your ticket without losing it and announce new details on the Creativeman, Helloween website, Facebook in the future. The transfer performance schedule of HELLOWEEN Japan Tour, which had been postponed, has been decided.
Tickets for your 6/19 (Sun) performance will be valid for the 9/20 (Tuesday) transfer performance, so if you wish to transfer, please bring your ticket as it is.
If you wish to make a refund, please make a refund at each play guide you purchased during the period from Saturday, July 9 to July 31 (Sun).
Please note that refunds will not be made except during the above period.
