We have recently announced the postponement of all the performances of "access ELECTRIC NIGHT 2020" due to the impact of COVID-19 infection. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and thank you for your understanding.

Regarding ticket refunds
The refund method differs depending on the place of purchase, so please check the place of purchase.
If you have a ticket for the performance, the unused ticket at hand will be valid as it is on the transfer performance date. Please keep it in a safe place until the transfer performance date.

July 1, 2020 (Wednesday) 11:00 to July 31, 2020 23:59
・Please note that refunds will not be possible after the refund period or if the ticket is lost.
・Please note that a stub cannot refund the separated ticket.
・Refunds will be made only to the person who purchased the product.
・If you purchase multiple tickets, you can refund only the desired number. If you would like this, please contact the supplier once.
★Customers who purchase at the official fan clubs "Smile" and "THE SUN"
■Customers who purchased by selecting over-the-counter tickets
Tickets will be refunded in exchange for tickets, so if you have not yet issued a ticket, please issue the ticket once at the store and complete the procedure.
For refunds, please bring your ticket and proceed with the refund at the store where the ticket was issued.
(The name of the store you purchased is listed at the bottom left of the ticket.)
Please note that business hours vary according to the purchase stores.
※Customers who have issued tickets at Seven-Eleven
Refunds will not be accepted on the day of the ticket issuance, so please issue a ticket by July 30. In addition, please come to the store after 10:00 AM the day after the ticket is issued.
※Customers who pay only the desired quantity by purchasing more than one quantity
Please bring only the ticket you want to refund to the store where you purchased it and complete the refund procedure.
■Customers who receive tickets by delivery
Please return the ticket to the following address (email center) by means of tracking, such as "Simple registered mail", "Courier service", "Specific record mail", etc. by July 31. We are not responsible for any missing or missing items.
In addition, the cost of return will be borne by the customer. Thank you for your understanding.
After the refund acceptance period, refunds will be made with the "Postal Transfer Payment Certificate".
