Regarding performances that have not been announced on the transfer performance date, the venue was secured from late July to late August, and preparations and measures were being taken, but all adjustments to welcome customers safely by the date of the event Considering that it still takes a lot of time, we decided that we had to give up the tour.
All tickets for the performance will be refunded. Please check the "Refund Method" in the play guide you purchased and apply for a refund by the due date.
Please note that we will not be able to respond to tickets that have passed the refund period, tickets that have been severely damaged or dirty, or lost, such as missing stubs or printed content cannot be confirmed.
