<Customers who have not yet issued tickets due to Cloak pickup>
If you have selected Cloak pickup and have not been issued yet, please apply for a refund from Cloak's My Page.

<Customers who receive tickets by delivery>
If you receive a ticket by delivery, please mail the ticket to the Ticket Pia Mail Center within the refund acceptance period.

You will have your ticket and various fee tickets and will be refunded at your local Lawson Ministop store.
Sorry to trouble you, but please bring your ticket to the Lawson Ministop store during the refund period and apply for a refund from Loppi.
※If you purchase by delivery, you can refund at Lawson Ministop near you.
※If you have not issued a ticket, please issue it once and then make a refund procedure.
