In response to the expansion of COVID-19 infection (COVID-19), the seven performances of Saori Hayami 5th Anniversary Tour “Your Cities”, which was scheduled to be held from Friday, May 29, 2020 were canceled after consultation by related staff and performers, as well as customers who are planning to attend the performance. We would like to express our deepest apologies to our customers and related companies who were looking forward to this tour.
Ticket pre-purchase application lottery for inclusion of CD "Sister City's" released on March 25, and animationlo mix member limited advance, niconico premium member limited ticket advance, uP!!! We will inform you about how to refund tickets for customers who have applied in advance, won the ticket, and have already completed payment.
[Refund method]
Regarding the method of refunding tickets, it is very troublesome, but the method of refund differs depending on the place of purchase, so please check the following items and complete the procedure yourself.
The refund method and period of each purchaser are as follows.

■Refund period: May 18, 2020 (Monday) 10:00 to July 31, 2020 23:59
A refund will be made in exchange for tickets, so uP!! If you purchase in advance, please make a refund after issuing the ticket once at the store.
※Tickets were announced to be issued two weeks before each performance, but tickets can be issued from 10:00 on May 16 (Sat) due to the start of refunds.
※At Seven-Eleven, refunds cannot be accepted on the day the ticket is issued. Please come to the ticketing store again after 10:00 AM the day after the ticketing date. Tickets must be issued at least one day before the end date of the refund, and the refund must be completed within the refund acceptance period.
※Please note that business hours vary according to stores.
