・Customers who have already issued a ticket
Refunds will be made at the store where the ticket was issued.
Please bring your ticket within the refund acceptance period and come to the store.
・Customers who choose to pick up Cloak and have not yet issued tickets
Tickets can be refunded on the Cloak site without issuing a ticket.
Please complete the procedure from the Cloak site during the refund acceptance period.
・uP!!! Customers who purchase in advance
Please issue a ticket at the store once and refund it at the store where it was issued.
(Customers who purchase tickets for Makuhari Messe performance, 9/2 to 11/13 performance on 8/8 (Sat) 10:00.)
At Seven-Eleven, refunds cannot be accepted on the day the ticket is issued.
We apologize for any inconvenience, but please come to the ticketing store again after 10:00 AM the day after the ticket issuance.
Tickets must be issued at least one day before the end date of the refund, and the refund must be completed within the refund period.
In addition, uP!! Customers who purchase tickets at Seven-Eleven stores will not be able to issue tickets at Seven-Eleven stores after 90 days from the original performance date due to system reasons.
