■In performing live performances, we will ensure the health and safety of our customers and artists staff, comply with the "Guidelines for Preventing the Spread of COVID-19 Infection in Live Hall Live House" and take the following measures to enhance hygiene.

[Requests to Customers for Visiting]

・In order to ensure a safe stay, the seats will be "all seats reserved".

・The entrance line at the time of opening should be lined up at intervals between customers.

・After the performance, we may be closed depending on the situation.

・It is mandatory to wear a mask.

・Please refrain from drinking before entering or talking loudly.

・If you are sick at the live venue, please contact a nearby staff immediately.

・We will conduct a questionnaire on personal information before entering the venue.

・We may provide your name and emergency contact information to public institutions such as public health centers as necessary.

■Customers who fall under any of the following items will be refused to attend the event.

If you are not feeling well, please do not overdo it.

①There is a fever of 37.5 degrees or higher (The temperature will be measured at the venue, but be sure to check the temperature at home before heading to the venue)

②You have cold symptoms such as coughing, sneezing, and malaise within the past two weeks.

③Those who have travel from the government to countries / regions that require entry restrictions, observation periods after entry, and have close contact with residents of the relevant country / region.

■While paying close attention to changes in the situation, consideration may be given to customers to come safely, and depending on the future situation, there is a possibility that the event will change, so we appreciate your understanding.
