■This performance will be conducted in accordance with the COVID-19 Prevention Measures Guidelines.

Please check the following notes and agree to purchase a ticket.

※Tickets cannot be refunded (except in the case of postponement, cancellation, or no audience performance)

・Please register on the Club Quatro WEB Questionnaire before entering.
・Please come and visit us wearing a mask. Those who do not wear a mask are not allowed to enter.

・At the time of entry, we will disinfect your fingers with alcohol and measure the temperature. (Persons with a temperature of 37.5 degrees or higher are not allowed to enter.)

・Please refrain from talking loudly, both inside and outside the venue.

・Please refrain from drinking excessively, including before visiting.

・After the performance, you may be subject to restrictions.

・Please note that opening and opening hours are subject to change at the request of the government and local governments.

■Customers who fall under the following conditions will be refused entry and will not be able to respond to refunds.

・Customers who have a fever of 37.5 degrees or higher (Please take the temperature at home before heading to the venue)

・Customers who have cold symptoms such as coughing, sneezing, and malaise within the past 2 weeks, and who have symptoms such as diarrhea, taste or lack of smell.
・Customers who travel from the government to countries or regions where entry restrictions and observation periods after entry are required, and who have close contact with residents of the country or region.
・Customers who are suspected of being infected by family members or close acquaintances.
・Customers who may cause inconvenience to other customers due to sneezing, runny nose, droplet, contact, etc.
・Customers who cannot follow the instructions of the venue staff
