The event will be held based on the COVID-19 Infection Prevention Guidelines for Music Concerts.
In addition, please note that tickets will be sold to those who have agreed to cooperate with the following guidelines.
■Tickets cannot be refunded unless the performance is canceled, postponed, or non-spectator performance is performed. Thank you for your understanding.
■Those who fall under the following items are not allowed to enter on the day of the performance.
・Those with fever (37.5 ° C or higher), cough, dyspnea, strong malaise, sore throat, nasal discharge / nasal congestion, taste / smell disorders, diarrhea, nausea / vomiting.
・Those who are positive for COVID-19, including asymptomatic.
・Those who have a history of onset and have not passed more than 2 weeks after the negative confirmation after complete cure.
・Those who are identified as close contact.
・Travel to countries/regions that require entry restrictions and observation periods after entry from the government within the past two weeks;
And those who have close contact with the resident.
・Those who cannot follow measures and instructions to prevent infection, those who cannot cooperate with actions that are conscious of infection prevention, and those who judge that it will hinder safety will be refused entry.
Also, if such an act is discovered during the performance, you will be asked to leave on the way.
■All tickets will be sold only by electronic tickets (e-plus "Smachike").
You can apply only for the Web, and if you do not have a smartphone with a call contract, you will not be able to apply for a ticket.
■Before entering, registration of the "WEB Questionnaire Form" is required (including personal information registration). For details, please refer to the information before the performance.
■At the time of admission, the staff will measure the temperature of the customer (temperature measurement).
If a fever of 37.5 ° C or higher is confirmed as a result of the temperature measurement, or if you refuse the temperature measurement, you will be refused entry. At the time of temperature measurement, if you are drinking alcohol, it may not be possible to measure correctly, so please come without drinking.
■The staff will basically wear a mask and respond accordingly.
■You will always be required to wear a mask at the venue.
In addition, it is mandatory to wear a mask on the venue premises, such as purchasing goods or waiting for entrance.
■A disinfectant will be installed in the lobby, so please use it.
■Please refrain from loud conversations, cheers, singing, vocals, etc.
There is no problem with applauding, clapping, or raising your hands during the performance.
■During the performance, you will be charged at the designated seat, and in the case of standing, you will be charged at the designated standing position.
It is not possible to appreciate it from the designated position or to deviate from securing physical distance from customers in front, back, left and right.
■Distributed exits and restricted exits may be performed to avoid congestion and crowding at the end of the performance.
■Please cooperate by downloading the COVID-19 Contact Confirmation App (COCOA) and tracking apps recommended by local governments to your smartphone in advance.
■Please refrain from waiting or waiting for performers. In addition, we will refuse to keep gifts, bouquets, etc.
■The registered personal information may be submitted to local government agencies only in the event that COVID-19 is confirmed during this performance.
■In accordance with the COVID-19 infection status in the future, conditions and guidelines may be changed upon request from the government and local governments. Thank you for your understanding.
