Information on "KANA-BOON Re:PLAY TOUR 2021-2022"

●This tour will take thorough measures to prevent COVID-19 infection while following the guidelines of the government and local governments.

●The accommodation rate and layout in the hall vary depending on the rules of each performance venue and the policies of the local government. Please check the details of each performance.

＊The performance of "All seats designated" is scheduled to be sold at 100% full capacity for chair seats.

＊The performance of "All Freedom" can be either chaired or viewed in standing in a frame determined by each person.

●Tickets will not be refunded after purchase. (Except in the case of postponement or cancellation of performance)

The following is a note when visiting the venue. Please be sure to read it.

<On the occasion of the live event>

●We will wear masks for all performers, frequent hand washing and disinfection, temperature measurement and daily health checks.

●We will conduct regular antigen tests for staff and performers.

●If the staff finds any abnormal physical condition, they will promptly wait at home and a substitute will respond.

●The performance is scheduled for about 2 hours. In addition, we will work on ventilation in the hall during the performance.

●We will install alcohol disinfectants for fingers that can be used by customers at various places in the venue.

●We will thoroughly disinfect handrails, doorknobs, washrooms, etc. in the venue where you touch hands.

●We strive to ensure physical distance between customers and performance management staff.

●Customers who fall under any of the following items are not allowed to visit.

・Those who have abnormalities in physical condition, such as fever of 37.5 degrees or higher (be sure to take the temperature before heading to the venue), cough, diarrhea, taste disorder, smell disorder, sluggishness, breathlessness, etc.

・Those who have a fever exceeding normal fever within 5 days from the date of the performance

・Those who have close contact with those who are found to be positive for COVID-19 infection, those who are suspected of being infected by family members or close acquaintances.

・Those who have traveled to countries or regions that require entry restrictions and observation periods after entry from the government within the past 14 days, and have close contact with residents of the country or region.

・Those who do not wear a mask

<Requests and Precautions for Visitors>

●Only the winner will come to the venue.

●Unauthorized sale (resale) and transfer of tickets are prohibited. If you purchase from a non-regular sales route, all will be invalid.

●You may be asked to confirm your ID at the time of admission.

●Please be sure to wear a mask and thoroughly cough etiquette when visiting.

●The temperature will be measured at the entrance.

●Alcohol disinfectant for fingers will be prepared at the entrance and various places in the venue. Please thoroughly wash your hands and disinfect your hands frequently.

●All of this performance will be issued with electronic tickets compatible with smartphones. At the time of admission, the ticket must be picked up by the customer under the visual inspection of the staff.

●One ticket is required per person, so if you apply for more than one person, be sure to distribute it to the companion's smartphone before entering.

●If you have a companion who does not have a smartphone, please contact the contact information for each performance in advance.

●You will need to download the application and register your personal information when purchasing, but we ask for your cooperation.
●The personal information registered at the time of ticket application will be managed responsibly by the organizer, but depending on the situation, it may be submitted to public institutions such as public health centers and the venue side, so please understand in advance Please.
●The visitor list will be organized and stored for about one month, and then destroyed in an appropriate manner.

●Please do not wait or wait around the venue.

●Please refrain from cheering during the performance.

●In addition to general prohibited activities (acts that cause inconvenience to other customers, etc.) inside and outside the venue, you may be asked to leave if you do not follow the instructions of the staff.
●If you are worried about your physical condition on the day, please do not overdo it.

●If you feel sick during the performance, please do not overdo it and notify the staff near you immediately.

●After the performance, we will leave the regulations.

●Please refrain from contacting each other, handing over goods, and chatting in the hall or lobby.

●Fan letters and gifts, stand flowers and congratulatory flowers on the day of the performance will be declined to reduce the risk of infection. Thank you for your understanding.

●Please cooperate with the pre-installation of the COVID-19 Contact Confirmation App (COCOA) about 14 days before the performance.

<Information on the sale of goods on the day>

In this performance, after taking measures to prevent COVID-19 infection, we plan to sell face-to-face goods at the live venue. Please be sure to check the following notes before using.

In addition, mail-order sales are planned after the performance, so please use that too.

・Sales personnel wear masks to sell. Customers are also required to wear a mask and use it. Those who do not wear a mask will not be allowed to use it.
・In the case of sale outside the venue, the temperature will be measured at the entrance of the product sales. If you have a fever of 37.5 degrees or higher, you will not be admitted. In addition, we will use alcohol disinfectant for hands and fingers, so please thoroughly disinfect it.
・Please refrain from contacting each other, delivery of goods, or conversation.
・We have installed plastic curtains on the sales floor to prevent droplets.
Since vinyl curtains and masks make it difficult for voice to reach, please cooperate with ordering after pointing to POP when ordering products.
・Please note that sample and sample items will not be posted at the reach of customers in order to reduce contact opportunities.
・Since it will be sold with a physical distance, only those who purchase in the waiting column for goods sales should line up with the front and rear people at intervals. Depending on the length of the waiting column, we may stop waiting temporarily. Thank you for your understanding.
