MOROHA Guidelines

※Based on the government's "Basic Policy on Countermeasures for COVID-19 infection" and the policy of the COVID-19 infection Headquarters, this performance will be organized and prepared in response to the request for the preparation of guidelines set out in the COVID-19 infection Expert Meeting on Countermeasures for Countermeasures against the COVID-19 infection.
In addition, this initiative will be changed in accordance with the guidelines and guidelines set forth by the government in the future (standards for gradually easing restrictions on event holding).

<Initiatives of this performance>
・In order to prevent excessive crowding, we plan to enter and exit according to regulations.
・We will encourage all performers to wear masks, wash hands frequently, disinfect hands and fingers, and conduct temperature measurements to ensure health management.
・We will thoroughly disinfect handrails, doorknobs, etc. in the venue where you can touch them.
・We will ensure thorough ventilation in the venue.

・Disinfectants will be installed at various locations in the venue.
・We will set up information boards for infection prevention and call for infection prevention by patrol staff.
・Goods will be sold at the venue after taking measures to prevent droplet infection.
・Gifts and letters to performers will be refused if it is determined that it is difficult to receive them.

・Please consider the safety of your body and related people, such as pregnant women, those who are expected to become pregnant, those who have chronic or underlying diseases, those who have difficulty acting alone, etc. Please consider visiting based on your own judgment.
・A temperature measurement station will be set up at each entrance, and the body temperature of the visitor will be measured using a contactless thermometer. If there is a fever of 37.5 degrees or higher, the temperature will be measured again at the designated waiting area, and if there is no change in body temperature, admission will be refused.

<Request to Visitors>
・If you have close contact with those who are positive for COVID-19 infection, or have a history of visiting countries/regions that require entry restrictions and observation periods after entry from the government within the past two weeks, and have close contact with the residents, please refrain from visiting.
・Those with fever of 37.5 degrees or higher, cough, dyspnea, general malaise, sore throat, nasal discharge / nasal congestion, taste / smell disorders, eye pain and conjunctival congestion, headache, joint / muscle pain, diarrhea, nausea・ If you have symptoms such as vomiting, please refrain from visiting.
In addition, alcohol consumption may increase body temperature. Please refrain from drinking before visiting.
In any case, please note that admission will be refused if there is a fever of 37.5 degrees or more.
・You must wear a mask when you come to the venue, and you will not be allowed to enter if you do not wear it. Please be sure to prepare your own mask.
・When entering, be sure to disinfect your hands with the disinfectant provided.
・In order to prevent droplet infection, loud conversations and cheering are prohibited.
In addition, please refrain from moving unnecessary seats during the performance, contact between visitors, and lending and borrowing goods.
・Please cooperate with cough etiquette in the audience seats and lobby.
・Please note that the staff will speak to customers who are feeling unwell.
In addition, please note that we will refuse admission to the venue depending on the situation.
・Depending on changes in the guidelines and guidelines of infection status in COVID-19 infection and government agencies and industry associations, we will change the response described above.
・On the day of the performance, if you do not observe the above, you may be refused entry or you may be asked to leave.
In that case, we will not be able to refund the ticket fee. Thank you for your understanding.
