For this performance at Zepp in Nagoya, Osaka, Fukuoka, Hokkaido, and Tokyo, tickets will be sold at a capacity of 100% of seat capacity after taking thorough infection prevention measures according to the usage rules at the venue. We plan to hold performances in Hiroshima and Sendai with fewer capacity than usual. However, please note that performances in Hiroshima and Sendai may be changed to full capacity of reserved seats depending on the future situation.

In addition, tickets purchased this time will not be refunded except for cancellation or postponement of the performance, so please be aware before purchasing.

<Requests and Notes for Cooperation in Preventing Infectious Diseases and Preventing the Spread>
◎Only the person who purchased the ticket will be admitted.
If you have purchased more than one ticket, you can also enter your companion's ticket.
◎As part of measures against infectious diseases, please fill out all visitor information sheets in the following URL and send them by all visitors. You will need to enter the seat number of your ticket, so please prepare it. If you are going to purchase a ticket in the future, please register after purchase.
Registration of this visitor information is required for admission. In the case of tickets purchased more than one ticket, please register for each visitor without being a representative.
At the time of admission, you will be required to present a performance ticket and an automatic reply e-mail when registering the visitor information sheet.

※Please register from one day before the performance date to the day of the event as much as possible. We are also planning to respond by hand at the venue on the day, but please cooperate in advance registration on the website for smooth entry.

◎If the COVID-19 infected person occurs, the personal information of the customer who purchased the ticket and the information registered in the visitor information sheet may be contacted based on the information registered at the time of purchase or the information on the visitor information sheet.
◎If you are ill (fever, cough, sore throat, laxity, abnormal sense of taste, etc.), or if there is a suspected infection to a family member or a nearby acquaintance, the government will restrict entry within the past 14 days, travel to countries or regions where an observation period after entry is required, or if you have close contact with the resident, please refrain from purchasing tickets (visiting).
◎Preschool children are not allowed to enter.
◎Please be sure to wear a mask and come. After entering, please do not remove the mask until you leave. If you do not wear a mask, you will not be able to enter or leave. Also, if you have to remove the mask, please keep a sufficient distance from the people around you and in a short time.
◎We recommend that you visit the COVID-19 Contact Confirmation App (COCOA) by the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare on your smartphone. With this app, you can use the proximity communication function (Bluetooth) of your smartphone to notify you of possible contact with a positive COVID-19 infection.

◎Please cooperate with temperature measurement at the entrance and hand disinfection. If your body temperature is 37.5 degrees or higher, you will not be admitted if you have symptoms such as cough.
◎In order to alleviate crowds, we may respond to restricted admission depending on the performance. In that case, we will inform you of the reference number or entry start time for each seat on the website in advance depending on the performance.
◎Due to ventilation inside the venue, there is a possibility that you may feel a difference in temperature. Please come in easy-to-adjustable clothes so that you don't get sick.
◎Make sure you have a social distance at the venue. Be especially careful when entering and exiting, such as washrooms and drink exchange lines.
◎Please be sure to appreciate it at your own seat (standing position). Please do not move or replace the designated seats or standing positions.
◎Singing and cheering during the performance are also prohibited at all. Thank you for your support. In addition, the conversation with the people around you will be an unexpected loud voice due to the distance, which will cause inconvenience to customers around you. Please refrain from talking before the performance, during the performance, and after the end of the performance, and please give consideration to those around you.
You may stand in your own seat position and view it.
◎Dives, mosches, and other annoying acts are prohibited for any performance. Please be sure to view at the designated seat or standing position. If this is not followed, the performance will be suspended or canceled. We will not refund the ticket at that time.
◎We will not accept any refunds for this performance except when the performance is canceled or postponed due to changes in the situation due to domestic coronavirus etc.

Customers who understand and do not agree with the above, or who have taken actions that may cause inconvenience to customers around them may be sent out. Please note that tickets will not be refunded in that case.
