Information on the event and requests to visitors

●In holding this performance, we will implement the following infection prevention measures as guidelines so that everyone can observe the performance with peace of mind, comply with the government's "Basic Policy for Countermeasures against COVID-19 infection" and give top priority to preventing the spread of virus infection. Please note that these guidelines are subject to change depending on the situation.

●Please be sure to check the following before applying for a ticket, purchase a ticket and come to the venue after understanding.

●If you fall under any of the following conditions, you will not be able to enter and refunds will not be available (except in case of postponement or cancellation of performance).
・Those who have fever, sore throat, headache, joint pain, poor physical condition, odor taste disorder, etc. Those who have a fever of 37.5 degrees or higher.
・Those who cannot cooperate with the temperature measurement and hand disinfection at the time of admission.

・Those who have had close contact with those who have been positive for COVID-19 or who have been positive for infectious diseases.

・Those who have traveled to countries / regions where the government has announced that entry restrictions, observation period after entry is necessary within the past 14 days, and have close contact with the resident.

・infected person or someone who is suspected of being infected with a family member or a close acquaintance.

・Pregnant women, those over 70 years old, and those with underlying diseases such as diabetes, heart failure, and respiratory disease. Those who are undergoing dialysis, those who use immunosuppressive drugs, anticancer drugs, etc., cannot participate from the viewpoint of risk management.

●In order to prevent infection, please check the following and cooperate. If you do not cooperate, you may be refused entry, and if you have already entered, you may be asked to leave.

・If you do not wear a mask, you will not be able to enter. Please strictly observe wearing a mask from waiting for entry to completion of exit.

・Please cooperate with cough etiquette, hand washing and hand disinfection.

・Please refrain from loud conversations and cheering, and use the entrance, lobby, and washroom while taking social distance.

・We will decline your gifts, letters, stand flowers and backstage flowers.

・Drinks are not allowed to be brought in.

・On the day of the event, there is a possibility that time lag entry and regulation will be closed depending on the seat classification.

・If you feel sick or feel unwell, please contact your local staff immediately.

・If there is a possibility of an infectious disease occurring in the venue, information may be provided to the designated organization for the purpose of identifying the contact person.

●In order to participate in the performance, you must agree to the following items.

・If there is a request from a local government or public health center for disclosure, such as when a positive person appears in a performance, you must agree to the provision of registration information and be able to contact you.

・Install the COVID-19 Contact Confirmation App (COCOA) developed by the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare on your smartphone in advance and make sure to turn on Bluetooth.
