* All customers are required to pay drink fee in cash at the door separately ￥600(JPY).
* No refunds will be made unless the performance is postponed or cancelled.
* We do not sell tickets for female discounts, student discounts, or tickets for female-only areas.
* The lineup of performers may be subject to last-minute changes or cancellations due to reasons such as illness. No refunds will be issued for ticket changes related to performer substitutions.
* Please refrain from any behavior that may disrupt the performance or cause inconvenience to other guests.
* 10% handling charge included in ticket(s) price.
* Once your order has been completed, we don't accept any changes and cancellations.
* After your purchase is confirmed, we will send you an e-mail with QR code. You can enter the venue with only QR code.
* Ticket(s) will be exchanged on the day of the event. At the time of exchanging the ticket(s) ,the person who purchase the ticket will be required to show QR Code and a valid photo identification (e.g. passport).
* The only person who made the reservation must be present to collect ticket(s) at the venue.
* Seat number will not be informed beforehand until you pick up your ticket at the venue on the day. We appreciate your kind understanding.
