March 16 (Mon) By <must arrive>, please return a ticket that does not have a stub to the address below by "Simple registered mail".
In that case, be sure to specify the "Customer's address, name, telephone number, enclosed ticket type and number" in an envelope or memo, and enclose the ticket.

As soon as you are ready, we will refund you by registered mail, so please wait for a while.
Also, please note that the refund will be made to the address and name registered at the time of purchase.
