If you are unable to attend the transfer performance, we will refund your ticket as follows.

※After the refund deadline, refund procedures will not be possible. Thank you for your understanding.

The refund method depends on the payment method at the time of purchase of the ticket.

<Those who wish to refund only a part of the credit card payment>
After applying for a refund, you will receive a refund via the "Wellnet Remittance Service".
From 10:00 on June 29 (Monday), we will send you an e-mail to inform you that the resale will be completed.
The cashing procedure period is until "Friday, July 31 23:59". After receiving the e-mail, log in to the "Application Status Inquiry" and open the [Details page] of the performance eligible for refund.

<Those who have selected credit card payment>
Cancel the sales information of the credit card that has been settled.
Depending on the timing of the credit card company's processing procedure, the payment itself may be canceled or a refund may be made at a later date once the full amount has been debited.
