A 5-person band from London that emerged from the live scene.
Most of them met during the University New Student Week and united with a common passion for romantic poems spelled by David Bowie and others. After many years of gig hopping near South London, the direction of the band was established. The balance between reality and surrealism forms the artistic foundation of the last dinner party. "It's superreal yet dramatic to be the most honest through a romantic lens," they say.
In 2022, he was selected as the opening act for The Rolling Stones' Hyde Park performance, and the catchy and dark guitar pop song "Nothing Matters" released in April 2023 became a hot topic online and rapidly became the band's name spread.
Attracted audiences at festivals such as readings held in various parts of the UK in the summer of 2023, and all five US tours held in autumn were sold out a few weeks before the performance date.
In 2024, he won the first place in the Sound of 2024 by BBC and won the Rising Star Award at the BRIT Award, attracting attention from the Indie Rock scene. In February of the same year, he released his debut album, "Prelude to Extacy," featuring legendary producer James Ford, who worked on Gorillaz and Arctic Monkeys as a producer. The album was also selected as a candidate for the 2024 Mercury Award. The first solo performance in Japan held at LIQUIDROOM in July was sold out.
