CHON
JAPAN TOUR 2020
This is the first time to participate in Fuji Rock '19! Guitar Inst Band, CHON!
The new 3rd album will be released for the first time in three years!
CHON from San Diego is recognized for its existence in a variety of festivals, such as the world's largest outdoor festival "Chochera", indie rock and folk, "Shay Key Needs" centered on alternative rock, and "Electric Forest" composed of electronic and jam bands.
In 2017's second album, HOMEY, he recorded collaborative tracks with Go Yama, Giraffage, and Masego, while boldly incorporating elements of jazz, electronica, trip-hop, and Neo Seoul, he showed up-and-coming guitar music with clean tones full of edgy, organic and pastel colors unique to CHON. In the same year, the tour in Japan, including the appearance of Asagiri JAM 17, was decorated with a sold out.
For the first time in two years, New Album welcomed Animals As Leaders' Javier Reyes as Co-producer, giving priority to simplifying its musicality and returning to traditionally structured band sounds. Even though it's super technical and eccentric, the sun, wind, and smell of Southern California in summer floats in the brain sea!
While the appearance of "Fuji Rock Festival '19" has already been decided, don't miss the first visit to Japan in 2020 in 3 years!
