※Tickets are mainly sold by hand, but they are also available in the play guide.

Your ticket will be valid for transfer performances as it is, so please bring it with you carefully.

Ticket refunds will be accepted for customers who cannot attend the transfer performance.

If you wish to refund your ticket, we will accept a refund during the refund acceptance period.

■Customers who purchased through personal sales

Only unused tickets that have not been stripped are eligible for refunds.

Tickets with stubs (the strip on the right side of the ticket) are not refunded. Thank you for your understanding.

You will receive a refund by bank account transfer from Disk Garage.

Please send the ticket and the following items to the disk garage by simple registered mail (404 yen).

If you have purchased multiple tickets, please collect the tickets and return them in the name of the purchaser.

Please note that we are not responsible for any accidents that have not arrived when sent by ordinary mail.

We will refund the total amount of the ticket fee and the simple registered mail fee (* 1).

(* 1) Ticket return difference fee exceeding the simple registered mail fee (404 yen) cannot be refunded.
