In 1984, when there was no club scene in Japan, he formed the predecessor band "Blue Flames". The following year, he performed his first live in 1985, and this year marks the 34th year of formation. As Japan's first full-fledged squad band, he made his world debut in 1989 by Gaz Meir, UK with live and record releases in London. He co-stars with legendary musicians such as Scatalites, Prince Buster, Jackie Mitou, Rico, Laurel Eightkin and many other great gracious people, saying, "They are the direct line of Scatalites." He earns greater confidence than domestic and foreign artists, such as co-starring with Joe Stramar. Since its formation, it has continued to have a lot of influence on many DJs, organizers, and bands, and even young people are still enthusiastic about their own style. In 2019, he performed at the Hong Kong International Ska Regee Festival and made his Asian debut.

■WATANABE TOSHIMI & THE ZOOT16
A Japanese band formed in 2002 by Toshimi Watanabe, a guitar and vocalist of TOKYO No.1 SOUL SET.
Released two mini albums and five albums. In 2018, the official members of Midori Maru's Samsung Akira (Piano drum) and Ni, and UJ (Sax), joined the album "ROOTS16" in September and the 7inch new single in November. Mixture sound incorporating music such as punk rock, dance music, reggae, jazz, soul, Latin, and kalipso. NEW ALBUM NOW WAVE will be released in the summer of 2019!

■LEARNERS
LEARNERS (Lerners), a five-member rock and roll band developed from a unit to model singer Mary Sara and Matsuda "CHABE" Mt.
In June 2015, after performing with BLACK LIPS, he started as a band in earnest with drum Furukawa, bass Masamitsu Hamada, and guitar Chie Horiguchi as members. The song selection by producer and leader Matsuda "CHABE" must be very entertaining even beginners (Lerners) who have just started listening to music while gaining support from real music lovers.

■Toru Matsuoka a.k.a. TETZ MATSUOKA

After performing DJ debut P, PICASSO at TOOL'S BAR in the mid-1980s, he has been active mainly in Aoyama MIX, not only Ska-Reggae-Rockers music, but also Kumbia, Mestiso, Caribbean, African, R'n'B-Jive, Jazz, Jungle, etc. He is still active in CLUB SKA and CARIBBEAN DANDY.

■Satoru Fujii a.k.a. Satol F

He started DJing in the mid-1980s. After passing through P.Picasso, Aoyama MIX, 328, etc. to the present day.

Currently, he has appeared many at JAPONICUS events as one of Caribbean Dandy. He has also performed at overseas festivals and Fuji Rocks, and has also performed with many overseas artists. He plays mainly on level music such as Reggae, Kumbia, Ska, Latin, Mestiso, and Pachanga.
