The originality and creative ideas of Jamaica music are great. Pianist, singer and producer Gladstone "Gladdy" Anderson contributed greatly to the early days of creating this unique music (from the 1960s).
He passed away in December 2015. This "Gladdy Unlimited" event started in 2016 to honor his achievements.
This time, the fourth time, Ansel Collins, who produced the monster truck "STALAG", also known for his activities as Dave & Ansel Collins, and later countless remakes, came to Japan from Jamaica!
In addition to the two MATT SOUNDS keyboards (Mitsuhiro Sotoike and Eri Konishi), HAKASE-SUN will also participate as a special guest on the keyboard. It will be a festival of Jamaica Music, which can be said to be a keyboard walker. In addition, the melancholy trumpeter, Kazufumi Kodama, also expressed his participation. He co-starred with "Gladdy meet Mute Beat" with his lifetime "Gladdy" Anderson, and also has a recording "Something Special" (recurring on the HMV record commemorative board).
