For all performances of "1,500-person limited one-man tour" restaurants with many orders - ☆☆☆☆ -" which was announced to be postponed due to COVID-19 declaration of a state of emergency, please keep your tickets in a safe place until the date of the performance. Please note that if you lose your ticket, you will not be able to reissue or refund it.

Unfortunately, if you are unable to attend the transfer performance, we will accept a ticket refund.

The refund method and period vary depending on the place of purchase, so please check the details below and make sure to complete the procedure by the refund deadline. In addition, please keep your ticket in a safe place, as it will be required for refund.

＊There is no change at each performance venue.

＊Due to the change of the day of the week only for Tokyo performances, the opening/starting will be changed.
＊Please note that the order of performances has also been changed in the transfer schedule.

●Those who purchased in advance of fan club

Refund period:　6/6 (Sat) 10:00 to 7/31 (Fri) 23:59

You will need to issue a ticket for the refund. Tickets can be issued from the date and time of refund acceptance.

Please bring your ticket to the ticketing store within the refund acceptance period and complete the refund procedure.

※If you choose to pick up Seven-Eleven, you will not be able to accept refunds on the day you issue your ticket. Please come to the ticketing store again after 10:00 AM the day after the ticketing date. Tickets must be issued at least one day prior to the end of the refund acceptance period, and the refund must be completed within the refund acceptance period.

※Tickets issued at the store indicate the name of the store you purchased at the bottom left of the ticket.

Tickets for purchase will be issued from June 6th (Sat).

If you wish to receive a refund, you will be asked to receive a ticket.
Please return the ticket for which the stub has not been removed by the deadline to the following by "Simple Registered Mail".
In that case, be sure to specify the "Customer's address, name, telephone number, number of enclosed tickets" in an envelope or memo, and enclose the ticket.
