Notice of cancellation of the performance in MOONCHILD
The performance will be canceled in consideration of the situation both in Japan and overseas due to the fact that Billboard Live Osaka was scheduled for May 25 (Mon), 2020 and Shibuya Club Kuatro performance on May 26 (Tuesday).
Tickets purchased will be refunded from April 24th (Friday) at the Play Guide and Ticket Desk for purchase of tickets. For more information, please visit the website of Billboard Osaka.
Refunds will be available for Tokyo performances from April 27 (Mon) to July 31 (Fri). Your ticket will be required at the time of refund, so please keep it in a safe place. The refund method differs depending on the place of purchase, so please check the details below before proceeding.
We apologize for any inconvenience to the fans who were looking forward to the performance and everyone involved, and to all the companies who cooperated with us on this occasion.

Refund period: April 27 (Mon) 10:00 to July 31 (Fri)

Refunds will be made at the store where the ticket was issued. Please bring your ticket to each store issued during the refund period and come to the store. (* Tickets issued at the store indicate the name of the store purchased at the bottom of the ticket.)
※If you have not issued a ticket yet, please issue a ticket at the store once and proceed. The "ticket fee" required at the time of issuance will be refunded at the time of refund.
※Please note that refunds will be made during Ticket Pia business hours. (Business hours of the Pia store vary depending on the store.)
※Seven-Eleven offers a 24-hour refund after 10:00AM the day after the ticket is issued. (Please note that refunds cannot be accepted on the day of the ticket issuance.)
※FamilyMart offers a 24-hour refund. (* Every week except Tuesday and Wednesday from 2:30 to 5:30.)
If you are a customer who purchased at Ticket Pia stores or convenience stores and cannot come to the store where you purchased the product, we will respond by mailing it to the following e-mail center within the deadline. For more information, please refer to the following link.
