If you have a ticket for each performance, it will be valid for the transfer performance as it is, and you can enter. Please keep it in a safe place until the transfer performance date.
In addition, we will accept ticket refunds for those who are unable to participate in the transfer performance due to inconvenience. Please check the "Refund Method" in the play guide you purchased and apply for a refund by the due date. Please note that we will not be able to respond to tickets that have passed the refund period, tickets that have been severely damaged or dirty, such as those with stubs that have been stripped or printed content, or tickets that have been lost.
Please note that we will not be able to transfer tickets for the performance on Saturday, June 13, 2020 on Tuesday, February 2, 2021 and tickets for Sunday, June 14, 2020 to February 01, 2021 (Monday).
