Due to measures to prevent COVID-19 infection announced by the government, the conditions for ticket lottery sales are different from before.

We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

[Application for Tickets]

・Tickets will be changed to chair seats, designated seats (with 4th anniversary limited gifts) 5,400 yen instead of standing.

・All tickets for the same performance that have already been sold will be refunded once and will be re-accepted. It's not a transfer performance.

　If you have a ticket you purchased before, please make a refund so that you do not forget it.

・Regarding the lottery, the person who purchased the ticket for this performance will be given priority.

[Requests and measures for cooperation with visitors regarding ticket resale]

・As part of infection prevention measures, it is necessary to summarize the information of visitors and create a list, and we will sell it with a "specific ticket" that allows you to check the name and contact information of the purchaser when purchasing a ticket. Please note that this information may be provided to public institutions such as public health centers as necessary.

・In order to prevent the risk of infection when issuing paper tickets or delivering tickets at the time of admission, only "electronic tickets" will be sold.

・Please wear a mask when you visit. If you do not wear a mask, you will be refused entry.

・We will measure body temperature at the time of admission, and we will refuse admission if you have any poor physical condition (fever of 37.5 degrees or higher, symptoms such as cough and sore throat).

・We do not accept gifts from customers, stand flowers, and celebration flowers.

In addition, we are considering paid distribution for those who do not come true. Details will be announced at a later date.
