The h.e.a.t Japan Tour, which was postponed from March 2020 and scheduled to be held in April 2021, will be canceled due to COVID-19 infection's domestic and international situation.

Your ticket will be refunded from 3/3 (Wednesday) to 5/7 (Friday) with the purchased play guide. Please note that the refund method varies according to the purchase places.

Please note that refunds will not be possible after the refund period ends.

 How to refund tickets for the Tokyo performance

Refund period: Must arrive by 5/7 (Fri)

Please send the tickets to the following address by simple registered mail (404 yen) by the representative as much as possible to the Tokyo Oonkyo.

The deadline for returning tickets must arrive by 5/7 (Fri).　Please note that it will take some time for the refund.
For arrivals by the end of March, the ticket price and registered postage (up to 404 yen) will be registered by registered mail for arrivals from April to May 7 until late May. Will be refunded.

※Please enclose a memo with the following contents when returning the ticket.
1.Refund address, 2. Name, 3. Contact phone number, 4. Number of return tickets, etc.
