■Customers who purchase with Lawson tickets
Refunds will be made at Lawson Ministop store where you picked up your ticket.
Bring your ticket and install it in the Lawson Ministop store.
Please apply for a refund from Loppi.
Customers who choose to pick up delivery will be reimbursed at the nearest Lawson store.
At the time of refund, you will need tickets for the target performance and various fee tickets, so be sure to bring it with you.
Please note that if you lose various fee tickets, we will not be able to refund the external fee.
Regarding ticket refunds at night and early morning (around 21:00 to 6:00), we receive cooperation and guidance from the police as a security measure, and cash in the cash register is restricted at night and early morning hours.
