The event has been postponed to prevent the spread of COVID-19.
We are pleased to announce that the delay schedule and refund details of the climbgrow “CULTURE” Release Tour have been decided.

※Your ticket is valid as it is, including the admission reference number.
※Tickets without stubs are not allowed to enter. Please keep it in a safe place until the performance day.
Advance sale ¥3,500
※Preschool children are not allowed to enter.
■Refund details
Unfortunately, if you are unable to attend the postponed performance, we will accept a refund as follows.
The refund method differs depending on the place of purchase. Please check the following items before proceeding.
Please note that refunds will not be accepted after the set period ends.
Refund acceptance period : May 18, 2020 (Mon) 10:00 to May 31, 2020 23:59
<Ticket Pia>
・Customers who have already issued tickets at the store
Please bring your ticket and apply for a refund at the store where the ticket was issued.
(The name of the store you purchased is listed at the bottom left of the ticket.)
Please note that business hours vary according to the purchase stores.
・Customers who have not yet issued tickets due to Cloak pickup
If you have selected Cloak pickup and have not been issued yet, please apply for a refund from Cloak's My Page.
・Customers who receive tickets by delivery
If you receive a ticket by delivery, please mail the ticket to the Ticket Pia Mail Center within the refund acceptance period.

Tickets can be refunded at any convenience store where you picked up.
Refund procedures should be made at Loppi in Lawson Ministop store.

(Note 1) Please note that refunds will not be available for ticket stubs that are missing.
(Note 2) Various fee tickets are required for refunds of external fees other than ticket fees. Please note that if you lose various fee tickets, we will not be able to refund the external fee.
(Note 3) Regarding ticket refunds at night and early morning (around 21:00 to 6:00), we receive cooperation and guidance from the police as a security measure, and cash in the cash register is restricted at night and early morning hours. Therefore, change may be insufficient at night / early morning and immediately before / immediately after it, so please avoid refunds at night / early morning.
