[Ticket Refund]
We will respond to refunds for customers who cannot come to the transfer performance. Please apply for a ticket refund by the following method during the period. The refund method differs depending on the place of purchase, so please check the details below before proceeding. Tickets will also be sold. Refund period: 3/9 (Mon) to 3/22 (Sun)
Refund method: Refund at the play guide you purchased.
※Please note that refunds will not be available at the venue on the day of the performance.
※Please note that applications will not be accepted after the application period.
※We will not be able to respond to lost tickets.
If you wish to receive a ticket refund, your ticket will be refunded in the play guide you purchased during the period from 3/9 (Mon) to 3/22 (Sun). Please note that refunds cannot be made outside the period.
