TOUR - the disappearance point -
In order to prevent the spread of COVID-19 infection, THE NOVEMBERS TOUR-Disappearance Point was unfortunately decided to postpone the event once, considering the health and safety of our customers first.
We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause to our customers who have been looking forward to this performance, but we appreciate your understanding in order to converge the spread of the infection.
We are currently adjusting the schedule of the transfer performance, but we will refund all your tickets once. The new schedule will be announced again.
Please refer to the bottom of the page for details on how to get a refund. Please keep your ticket (electronic / paper) in a safe place until the refund work is confirmed. In that case, please do not lose the stub of the paper ticket without separating it.
※Please note that refunds will not be available at the venue on the day of the performance.
※Please note that the ticket that a stub was separated does not become a target of the refund.
※Please note that applications will not be accepted after the application period.
※We will not be able to respond to lost tickets.
