※We will not change or cancel the performers, or refund the ticket price due to changes in the appearance time or stage.
※Due to the seat arrangement and standing position designation with social distance, you can apply for up to one person per person.
※At the time of entry, we will check the purchase seat screen. The staff will not come into contact with the ticket or smartphone.
※We will sell reserved seats with a social distance and keep the distance from the front, back, left and right next to each other.
The empty space will be a passage and an evacuation passage, so please put your baggage under the chair.
※If you move from the reserved seat during the performance, the live will be canceled immediately. Please note that we cannot accept any refunds for ticket prices, travel expenses, etc. at that time.
※In order to eliminate the waiting queue, we will inform you of the meeting time for each designated number, so please cooperate with the meeting at the time of the guidance.
※Due to the influence of COVID-19, declaration of a state of emergency's announcement and similar circumstances, and if the facilities are subject to self-restraint, the performance will be canceled.
In that case, we will refund the amount obtained by subtracting the prescribed refund fee from the admission ticket fee.
※In order to prevent contact infection, venue locker facilities cannot be used.
※Please wear a mask at all times when you come to the venue, check with a thermograph and thermometer before entering.
If you have a fever of 37.5 degrees or higher at the temperature measurement, you are not feeling well, or if you do not observe the entrance conditions, you will be refused entry.
