This sales ticket will be available only for electronic tickets. All tickets will be sold only by electronic tickets (Smachike). 

If you do not have a smartphone with a call contract, you will not be able to apply for a ticket.

※As a measure to prevent COVID-19 infection, the guidelines of the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare and the seats will be arranged according to the venue.

※Except in case of postponement or cancellation of performance

Customers who fall under any of the following items will be refused entry.

・Those who have a fever of 37.5 degrees or higher (heat fever of 1 degrees higher than normal fever) (Please take the temperature before heading to the venue.)

・Those who have poor physical condition such as sore throat, low fever / fever, coughing, malaise, breathlessness (dyspnea), etc. on the day of the performance

・Those who have traveled abroad within 2 weeks from the date of the performance

・Those who have traveled from the government to countries or regions where entry restrictions and observation periods after entry are required from the government within 14 days prior to the performance, or who have had close contact with residents of the relevant country or region.

・Those who have been tested positive by COVID-19 within 14 days prior to the performance

・Those who have been tested positive by COVID-19 within 14 days prior to the performance and those who are suspected of having close contact.

※If you have received a positive test from COVID-19 within 14 days prior to the performance or have confirmed close contact with the person who received the positive test.
In addition, refunds will not be made due to personal poor physical condition or the surrounding environment, so please be aware that you will purchase tickets.
　

[Notes on admission]

・The temperature will be measured at the entrance.
　After measuring the temperature, if the body temperature is 37.5 degrees or higher, please stay away from the entrance column and take the temperature again. 

・Please use alcohol disinfectant for fingers before entering, visually check the staff, and check the staff.
　You are responsible for the operation of electronic tickets (smartphone operation) by yourself.

・Visitors are required to wear a mask or mask and face shield at all times at the venue.
　Please refrain from talking about splashing, etc. In addition, we ask for your cooperation in cough etiquette.

・If you feel sick after entering, please do not overdo it and ask the staff immediately.
(You may be asked to leave depending on the symptoms.)

・Those who are unable to comply with infection prevention measures and instructions, or those who are judged by the organizer to hinder safety.
In addition, those who cannot follow infection prevention measures or instructions during the performance, or those who judge that it is an act that hinders safety prevention will be asked to leave on the way.

・Voices such as cheers and calls are prohibited. Please refrain from talking in the lobby or venue as much as possible.

・Regulations may be entered or exited to avoid crowding and closeness. Please follow the instructions of the staff.

・Gifts to performers, flowers (lobby flowers), and letter custody will be declined. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

[About the handling of personal information]
Personal information of ticket purchasers and accompanying persons will be provided upon request from public institutions such as public health centers and local governments when COVID-19 infected person appears in the venue.
