<Requests to Customers When Visiting>

●This performance will be held after taking preventive measures at the venue and local government COVID-19 infection.

●The personal information registered at the time of ticket application will be managed by the organizer. Please note that depending on the situation, it may be provided to public institutions such as public health centers and the venue side. Personal information will be stored for one month after the performance, and will be destroyed in an appropriate manner.

●Admission will be refused if you have a history of visiting countries or regions that require entry restrictions, observation periods after entry from the government within the past two weeks, and have close contact with the residents.

●Those who have been tested positive by COVID-19 within 14 days prior to the performance or who have had close contact with them will not be admitted on the day.

●Please cooperate with alcohol disinfection at the time of admission.

●The temperature will be measured with a non-contact thermometer at the time of entry. Admission is not allowed for those who are 37.5 degrees or higher. Please check your own temperature before visiting the venue.

●If you have symptoms such as cough, dyspnea, general malaise, sore throat, nasal discharge / nasal congestion, taste / smell disorders, eye pain or conjunctival congestion, headache, joint / muscle pain, diarrhea, nausea / vomiting, I refuse admission.

●Please be sure to wear a mask when you enter. If you do not wear it, you will not be allowed to enter. (Please do not remove it in the venue as much as possible.)

●You must complete the electronic ticket at the time of entry by yourself, and enter after confirming the staff.

●Please download the COVID-19 Contact Confirmation App (COCOA) to your smartphone in advance. As much as possible, please ask at least 14 days before the performance.

When using the service, be sure to check in advance whether it has been updated to the latest version.

●Please refrain from loud conversations/speaking from waiting for admission to after entering and leaving.

●Re-entry is prohibited.

●Please follow the instructions of the staff as it will be closed when you leave.

If you are unable to comply with the above requests and other rules and manners requested by the organizer, you may be refused entry or you may be asked to leave.

Please note that the ticket fee will not be refunded at that time.

In the future, countermeasures and performance information may be updated under the guidance of administrative agencies, so please be sure to check the precautions regarding your visit on the official website etc. after purchasing a ticket or near the performance.
