・Tickets will not be refunded unless the performance is postponed or canceled.

・Those who fall under the items listed below will be refused entry on the day.

①Those who have a history of travel to countries or regions that require entry restrictions, observation periods after entry from the government within 2 weeks prior to the performance, and have close contact with the residents.

②Those who have a fever of 37.5 ° C or higher, or those who have symptoms such as cough, laxity, runny nose, headache, vomiting, taste odor disorder, etc.

③Those who are suspected of being infected with the family living together

④Those who cannot keep personal information

⑤Those who have been tested positive by COVID-19 infection within 10 days prior to the performance

⑥Those who have close contact with those who have been tested positive by COVID-19 infection within 10 days prior to the performance

⑦Those who are drunk

・If you have underlying diseases (high blood pressure, diabetes, cardiovascular disease, respiratory disease, cancer, etc.), or if you are pregnant, please make a careful judgment referring to the information of related organizations.

・Please note that personal information received at the time of purchase may be shared with government agencies.

　If you are unable to keep your personal information, you will be required to submit it to the staff at the time of your visit on the day and keep it. In addition, personal information will be kept for about one month and destroyed later.

・In the venue, loud noises are prohibited and masks are strictly adhered to. Please bring your own mask.

 　Those who do not wear a mask will not be allowed to enter.

・At the time of admission, it may be restricted admission to ease crowding.

　 In addition, it may take some time to return, as it may be restricted when leaving.

・Please refrain from speaking loudly before, during or after the performance.

・Ventilation is provided in the venue as appropriate. There may be a sudden change in temperature.

・At the time of entry and exit, we will measure the temperature and disinfect your fingers.

・When you enter the venue, please wash your hands frequently and disinfect your fingers with alcohol disinfectants installed in various places.

・Please cooperate with the registration of the COVID-19 Contact Confirmation App (COCOA) recommended by the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare.

・If you find a person who is not feeling well or a person who looks like it in the hall, we will ask the staff or speak from the staff.

・Please note that we will not be able to make any refunds if you are unable to comply with the above precautions and refuse admission.
