[Before purchasing a ticket]

●Admission tickets for this performance will be issued by electronic ticket, and both the purchaser and the accompanying person need a smartphone.

●The capacity of each venue will be set based on the guidelines of the government, local governments and venues.

●In the case of reserved seats, in order to secure social distance, even if you purchase two tickets, you may not be able to stay with your companion.

　Also, please note that if the government's policy of limiting capacity is relaxed in the future, additional seats that were not sold due to spacing may be sold, and other customers may be seated between the customer and the accompanying person.

●Performances may be canceled or operational rules may be changed in accordance with changes in the guidelines announced by the government and local governments and in accordance with the infection status.

●Please be sure to register the latest information of the customer when purchasing a ticket. On the day of the performance, you will not be able to enter even if a customer (and accompanying person) who is different from the registered name arrives.

●Your name and contact information may be provided to public health centers and other public institutions to prevent COVID-19 infection.

●Ticket refunds cannot be made for personal reasons other than postponement or cancellation.

●You may be asked to confirm your identity at the time of admission.

※Valid ID: Various licenses (driver's license, small ship operation license, etc.) with the name of the purchaser, passport, student ID, alien registration certificate, Basic Resident Register card, disability certificate, my number card, etc.

※Items that have expired, such as TASPO, employee ID card, etc. with only name and date of birth are not allowed.

※Organizers, venues, and performers are not responsible for any accidents or thefts that occur inside or outside the venue.

●Customers who fall under the following conditions are not allowed to enter. Ticket refunds will not be possible if applicable.

●In order to alleviate congestion, we may enter and leave the regulations. We will inform you at a later date if you want to set admission time for each customer.

Please note that it may take longer than usual for both entry and exit.

●We will strictly observe wearing a mask at all times.

●When entering the venue, please measure the temperature and disinfect your hands.

●Please note that if you come after drinking, your body temperature may not be able to measure normally.

●Please be sure to appreciate it at your designated seat.

●We ask you not to make a loud voice in the venue.

In order to prevent droplet scattering, please take care of the people around you and refrain from chatting with customers as much as possible.

●If you feel unwell during the performance, please let the staff know immediately.

●Letters, gifts and gifts to the performers, congratulatory flowers, etc. will be declined.

If you bring it, you will not be able to receive it.

●The staff will wear a mask and use face shields, rubber gloves, etc. as necessary.

●We will take thorough measures to prevent infection, but please note that we are not responsible for infection in COVID-19 etc. in this performance.
