If resale is confirmed, an ID check will be performed on the day of the performance and resale tickets will not be accepted.

※Tickets can only be used by the winning account. Even between family members and friends, the act of transferring tickets other than official ticket trade is prohibited.

・Please be sure to wear a mask. If you do not wear a mask, you may be refused entry. If you do not wear a mask, you will need to purchase it, so please contact the staff.

・If there is a request from a local government or public health center for disclosure, such as when a positive person appears in the venue, there is a possibility that registration information such as the name and contact information registered at the time of ticket registration will be provided. Please note that You may be asked to confirm your ID at the time of admission.

・Please check the temperature yourself before visiting the venue on the day of the performance.

・We will disinfect your fingers with alcohol at the entrance. Please be sure to use the disinfectant installed when entering and leaving the bathroom. In addition, disinfectants have been installed at several locations in the venue, so please use them as appropriate.

・Please refrain from visiting customers who fall under any of the following items. If you are worried about your physical condition, the elderly, pregnant, or have an underlying disease, please make a careful judgment.

■Those with fever (as a guide, even if it is 37.5 degrees or more, or less than 37.5 degrees higher than normal fever)

■Others who have symptoms suspected of being infected with COVID-19

■Those who have received positive COVID-19 and have not passed the medical treatment period specified by public health centers, etc.

■Those who have close contact with those who have received positive COVID-19 within the past 5 days (including those who have been identified by health centers, etc., as well as those based on public awareness and voluntary judgment from offices, etc.)

・During the performance, there is a possibility that the inside of the hall will always be ventilated and activities such as opening the door inside the hall will be carried out.

・Please ensure a physical distance that does not interact with other customers or staff in the waiting line or venue lobby.

・Please contact each venue for the availability of lockers and cloaks. Also, please manage your luggage by yourself.

・When arranging, entering, and viewing, please cooperate with modest actions to prevent infection.

・If you feel sick after entering, please inform the staff immediately. (You may be asked to leave depending on the symptoms.)

・We will check if there is any person in the staff who is ill by measuring the temperature. If your physical condition is abnormal (especially at a temperature measurement of 37.5 degrees or more before going to work), you will be immediately waiting at home and a substitute staff will respond.

・It will be a live performance that can be voiced based on the rules of the guidelines.

Avoid loud conversations and shouts, and thoroughly follow cough etiquette. In addition, please wear appropriate masks (reliable quality / nonwoven fabric masks are recommended) according to the risk of infection.

According to the government policy, the definition of "loud" is that "the audience, etc., (a) speaks louder than usual, (a) repeats and continuously."

■Wear a mask and sing with a loud voice enough to talk to your neighbors.

■After wearing a mask, she temporarily speaks in response to the appearance and call of the performers, the effects of the production, etc.

In addition, performance organizers and those involved in the performance will set guidelines for vocalization as necessary based on the characteristics of the performance.

・In the future, there will be no refunds except when the performance is canceled or the performance is postponed. Thank you for your understanding.

・Depending on the situation up to the day of the performance, there is a possibility that this will be changed within the proposal and the notes will be changed.

・If you do not comply with the above items or do not follow the staff, you may be refused entry, may be temporarily suspended or canceled, or your customer may leave.

・You cannot cancel or change the ticket after purchasing the ticket.
