The Ska Band was formed in Nagoya in 1990. With music styles strongly influenced by Jamaica music, Ska and Rockstedy, and overwhelming live performances, he is increasing the number of enthusiastic fans mainly in his hometown and Nagoya. The sound source debut was the first album "FAMILY" in 2000. Since then, he has released his work constantly without interruption until now.
So far, Ska's founder Scatterites' support act for Nagoya performance, co-starring with Rico Rodrigues in "FUJI ROCK FESTIVAL '06" at the call of Gaz Meir, a British Ska world Fixer who leads Trojans, and a number of SUNSHOT's rays that have been performed with Ska Frames, etc.
And in 2009, he released his fourth album, INTENSIFIED, the long-awaited full album of Ska fans.
The Ska Band was formed in 1996 by members who love Skaframes in Japan and Bad Manners in England. Not only music, but also the live that makes you fully feel the entertainment that is indispensable for the squaband is spreading widely to children! ! In the past, there are many co-starring with unexpected bands, and the band's freedom attitude can be seen from the fact that it is not fit in the mold.
So far, we have released three full albums (one of them is a two-piece mini album), and in addition, we have participated in many 7-inch records, split releases, compilations, and tribute albums! In 2008, we performed a Hawaii tour that will be the first overseas live, and performed at the studio coast in September 2008, SKA UB 20.
He also performed at FESTA de RAMA in August 2009 and at the outdoor festival of Asagiri Jam in October.
In March 2010, the long-awaited new 7-inch single for the first time in five years was released from WATARU BUSTER's voluntary label!
And in June, the mini album of the abandoned album released twice in 2005 was combined and remastered into one piece, and a bonus track was recorded and released! ! After release, she appeared on Festa de Rama, Sunset Live 2010, etc.
In 2011, the 15th anniversary of the activity is being performed live all over the country!
