[Refund method]

①Disk Garage GET TICKET (Fan Club Pre-Receiving / Official Pre-Receiving) and Customer Disk Garage purchased at Fan Club Postal Transfer Reception will be refunded by bank account transfer.
Please send the ticket and the following items to the Disk Garage by simple registered mail (392 yen).
If you wish to refund multiple tickets, please collect the tickets and return them in the name of the purchaser.
※Please note that we are not responsible for any accidents that have not arrived when sent by ordinary mail.
・What you want to send
1. Ticket ※If the stub is separated, it will be invalid.
2. Memos specifying the following five items:
・Name of the customer who purchased the ticket
・Bank account of the transfer destination (bank name, branch name, deposit type (ordinary or current account), account number, account name (Kana)
※We would appreciate your cooperation so that you can also fill in the bank code and branch code.

・Refund method
After confirming the arrival of the ticket, it will be transferred to your account by August 21 (Mon).
※In addition, if the account information is incomplete and the transfer cannot be made.
Please note that the refund procedure may be changed to the registered address of the ticket destination by registered mail after August 21 (Mon).
・Details of the refund
We will refund the total amount of ticket fee, simple registered mail fee (* 1), shipping fee, and payment fee (* 2).
(*1) Ticket return difference fee exceeding the registered mail fee (392 yen) will also be refunded.
(* 2) The shipping fee and payment fee are limited to the case where the purchaser has returned the total number of purchases in a lump.

(*3) Customers who purchase at the fan club postal transfer reception desk are sending tickets for multiple performances at once, so there is no refund of the shipping fee or payment fee. Tickets and simple registered mail charges will be refunded only.
