PALE WAVES/Per Waves
An English indie rock band led by Heather Baron Graycy. He signed a contract with Dirty Hit, a UK up-and-coming label with The 1975 and Wolf Alice, and in February 2017, announced the debut single "The There's A Honey" produced by Matthew Healy and George Daniel of label mates The 1975, and is in the spotlight. In August of the same year, he announced the second single "TV Romance" and was selected as Spotify's <Best Indie List 2017>. As a newcomer who had released only two singles at that time, he was selected on the cover of NME at an unusual speed. He has been nominated for many music media, such as <Sound of 2018> by BBC and <Brand New 2018> by MTV, and has attracted a lot of attention from all over the world as a leading rookie to break. In February 2018, he won the Best New Artist Award at the NME Award. In May, the debut EP "All the Sings Eye Never Sed EP" was released only on distribution and records. I came to Japan for the first time at the summer sonic held in August. Released the long-awaited debut album "My Mind Makes Nezys" in September. The band members are Heather Baron Graysie (Vo/G), Kiara Dolan (D), Hugo Silvani (G), and Charlie Wood (B).
