Takao Tajima Playing Tour 2020 Nagoya Performance (Updated July 20, 2020)

In light of the current spread of infection in COVID-19, we will cancel the Takao Tajima Playing Tour 2020 transfer performance scheduled to be held at Nagoya Club Quatro on August 21 (Fri).
I'm very sorry to everyone who was looking forward to the performance, but I made this decision.

Please note that the refund of tickets is as follows.
The refund method and deadline vary depending on the purchase play guide, so please check the refund guide before proceeding.

We will not be able to respond after the refund period, so please be sure to complete the procedure within the period.

[Refund method] The refund method depends on each play guide.
Please prepare your ticket at hand and refund it in the following way.
If you have lost your ticket, or if you do not have a stub, you will not be able to receive a refund.
Also, please note that refunds will not be made after the period.

（a） Customers who purchase postal transfer/GET TICKET (fan club members advance, official advance acceptance)

[Refund method]
You will receive a refund by bank account transfer from Disk Garage.
Please send the ticket and the following items to the disk garage by simple registered mail (404 yen).
If you have purchased multiple tickets, please collect the tickets and return them in the name of the purchaser.
Please note that we are not responsible for any accidents that have not arrived when sent by ordinary mail.

After confirming the arrival of the ticket, the following total amount will be transferred to your account by October 30, 2020 (Friday).

(※) If you purchase by postal transfer, tickets for multiple performances are sent in a lump, so there is no refund of the shipping fee.

(* 1) Ticket return difference fee exceeding the simple registered mail fee (404 yen) cannot be refunded.
(* 2) The shipping fee and payment fee are limited to the case where the purchaser has returned the total number of purchases in a lump. In addition, those who have refunded only a part of the purchase at the refund reception conducted earlier will be refunded if the ticket return of all purchased tickets can be confirmed together with this reception.
