In consideration of the spread of COVID-19, the following performances will be canceled due to the spread of the new coronavirus.

All tickets will be refunded for canceled performances.

Each play guide refund period: From October 26 (Mon) to November 30, 2020 (Mon)
※Please note that tickets with stubs separated will not be eligible for refund.
※Please note that applications will not be accepted after the application period.
※We will not be able to respond to lost tickets.

・If you receive Seven-Eleven / FamilyMart, please make a refund procedure at the store where you received it.
・If you have received the delivery, please send the ticket to E-Plus by specified record mail.
