Tickets for the postponed performance will be valid as they are.

If you do not come true on the postponed schedule, tickets will be refunded in the play guide you purchased.
Please note that refunds will not be available after the refund period.

[Refund method] Refunds will be made for each purchase. (Customers who purchase 2 tickets per case will not be able to refund only 1 ticket.)
During the period, refund procedures will be made from "My Page" on the Rachike application site, and CASHPOST (Note 1) will be used to refund. Refunds cannot be made outside of the period. After the deadline, you will not be able to make any refunds.
