■Regarding ticket application
●When applying the “Vaccination and Test Package” based on future changes in infection status and venue rules, vaccination records, negative certificates, and identification documents may be checked upon entry on the day.
●You can apply for up to 4 tickets per performance per person.
●Tickets are required for 3 years or older. Children under 3 years of age are not allowed to enter.
●Ticket fees will not be refunded for reasons other than cancellation or postponement of the performance or change of the opening time.
In addition, the opening/start time may change depending on the situation such as time shortened request.
■Initiatives related to live performances
●This performance will be conducted with infection prevention measures in accordance with the COVID-19 Prevention Measures Guidelines.
●Performers and staff pre-temperature measurements, wear masks, wash hands frequently, and disinfect fingers.
●Periodically ventilate the air in the hall.
●We will thoroughly disinfect places where customers are likely to touch, such as handrails and door knobs in the venue.
●The personal information registered at the time of ticket application will be managed responsibly by the organizer.
Please note that depending on the situation, it may be provided to public institutions such as public health centers and the venue side.
Personal information will be stored for about one month and then destroyed in an appropriate manner.

●Re-entry and bringing in food and drinks are prohibited.
●After the performance, we plan to "restricted regulations" to avoid crowding between customers.
■About visit
