※In this performance, if all visitors are confirmed to be infected with COVID-19, please enter the name, contact information, physical condition information, etc. of all visitors in the designated Google form with the aim of providing necessary information to public health centers. At the time of entry, please show the completed drawing surface of the Google Form.

※A disinfectant will be installed at the entrance, etc. Please cooperate with us for frequent disinfection.

※The following persons are not allowed to enter the venue.
・Those who have a fever of 37.5°C or higher on the day of the event
・Those who are worried about physical condition such as malaise
・Those who are not wearing a mask

・Those who have a close contact with residents of the relevant country or region within 2 weeks of the performance, travel to countries or regions that require restrictions on entry or observation period after entry from the government, and within 2 weeks of the performance.
・Those who have close COVID-19 infected person, such as family members living together, and those who have contact with infected person COVID-19

※Please follow the rules in accordance with the COVID-19 Infection Prevention Guidelines.

※Please refrain from talking in the hall or in the lobby as much as possible to prevent droplet infection.

※If you feel a change or feel unwell during the viewing, such as a deterioration in your physical condition, please do not overdo it immediately to the staff near you.

※If you are unable to comply with the rules and manners, you may be asked to leave.

※The above precautions may be changed depending on the situation and guidelines at the time of the event to prevent the spread of COVID-19 infection.
