[Persons who fall under the following are not allowed to enter]
・Those who cannot wear a mask at all times
・Those who have confirmed a fever of 37.5 degrees or higher at the temperature measurement at the time of admission.
・Those who have symptoms such as cough, dyspnea, general malaise, sore throat, nasal discharge / nasal congestion, taste / smell disorders, eye pain and conjunctival congestion, headache, joint / muscle pain, diarrhea, nausea / vomiting, etc.
・Those who have traveled from the government to countries or regions where entry restrictions and observation periods after entry are required from the government within 7 days prior to the performance, or who have had close contact with residents of the country or region.
・Those who have been tested positive at the COVID-19 infection center and have been instructed by a doctor to stay at home during the performance.
・Those who have had close contact with those who tested positive for COVID-19 infection within 7 days prior to the performance
・Those who are suspected of being infected with family members or close acquaintances
・Elderly people who are likely to become serious at the time of infection, those with chronic illness, or those who are pregnant, please consider carefully when participating in the performance.

[Request for admission]
・If you have selected a paper ticket, please fill in <1. Name, 2. Phone number> as customer information on the back of the ticket stub.
・You may be asked to confirm your identity at the time of admission, so please bring your ID card (including your companion).
・Please check your physical condition and body temperature before visiting, and refrain from visiting if you have symptoms such as fever, cough, etc.
・When arranging and entering, be sure to secure a social distance and enter according to the designated position and instructions of the staff.
・Please follow the instructions of the staff, such as temperature measurement and hand disinfection.
・Please register the COVID-19 contact confirmation application "COCOA" recommended by the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare.

[Request at the venue]
・Please be sure to wear a mask inside the venue and do not remove it.
・We will decline flowers (including lobby flowers and backstage flowers), gifts and letters to the performers. Please refrain from leaving it to the staff.

・Please refrain from loud conversations in the lobby and venue, cheering or singing during appreciation.
・Please cooperate in securing distance between customers.
・If you do not follow the instructions of the staff, you will be forced to leave for security. In that case, we will not be able to make any refunds.
・If you feel a change or feel unwell during the viewing, such as a deterioration in your physical condition, please do not overdo it immediately to the staff near you.
・After the performance, regulations may be closed to alleviate congestion.
・If symptoms of suspected infection occur within 2 weeks after the performance, please contact the contact information for the performance you participated in.

[About the handling of personal information]
Personal information of ticket purchasers and accompanying persons will be provided when a COVID-19 infection occurs in the venue upon request from public institutions such as public health centers and local governments.
The acquired personal information will not be used for any purpose other than the above.
