[Measures to prevent the spread of COVID-19 infection]
This performance will be held in accordance with the COVID-19 guidelines for preventing the spread of infection.
Please check the guidelines and fully understand the requests to customers on the day before applying for tickets. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, but we appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
●Ticket refunds will not be accepted unless the performance is postponed or canceled.
●Please wear a mask inside the venue. Visitors who cannot wear a mask will not be allowed to enter.
●The temperature will be measured by a non-contact thermometer at the time of entry. As a result of temperature measurement, if fever of 3°C or higher is confirmed, admission will be refused.
●We will keep track of the contact information of the customer who applied for the ticket at the time of application, and if a positive reaction is found at a later date, we will carefully manage it so that it can be submitted to public institutions such as public health centers.
●Please register with the COVID-19 contact confirmation application COCOA recommended by the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare.
●Please disinfect your hands with the alcohol disinfectant installed at the time of entry. After entering the venue, please cooperate with cough etiquette and frequent hand washing.
●If you feel sick after entering the venue, please speak to the staff immediately.
●Please stay at the distance between customers in the venue.
●Please refrain from shouting or talking in the venue to prevent droplets.
●In order to avoid congestion at the end of the performance, we may disperse and exit regulations, so please cooperate.
●If you have any of the following symptoms on the day of the performance, please refrain from visiting.
・Those with cough, dyspnea, strong malaise, sore throat, nose juice / nose closure, taste / smell impairment, diarrhea, nausea / vomiting symptoms
※Those who fall under the following items will not be able to enter the venue on the day of the performance.
・For patients with a history of PCR tests and (a) symptoms, less than 10 days from the date of onset and within 72 hours after the symptoms have been relieved (b) 24 hours or more after 24 hours after the symptoms have been relieved, negative PCR tests have not been confirmed by two PCR tests, or (c) for non-symptomatic pathogen specimen holders, 10 days to less than 2 days after 2 days after 2 days (d)
・Those who are waiting at home as close contact or whose family is waiting at home as close contact
・Those who have access to countries/regions that require a period of observation after entry from the government within the past two weeks, and have close contact with the residents.
※If you have a cough or other symptoms that do not stop after entering the venue, or if you have a cough that does not stop, you may leave.
