Ticket issuance starts (downloading electronic tickets / issuing paper tickets) is scheduled for one week before each performance.
On the day of the event, you will be admitted in the order of the numbered number indicated on the ticket.
During the performance, activities such as rushing to the front of the stage are prohibited.

■On the day of the event, please be sure to check the temperature yourself before visiting.

■We will measure the temperature and disinfect your fingers at the time of entry.
■A mask will be worn inside the venue. Please be sure to bring and wear a nonwoven fabric mask.
■Please register the COVID-19 Contact Confirmation App (COCOA) recommended by the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare.

■Please note that you will not be able to enter if you purchase an electronic ticket or forget your smartphone. Also, even if the smartphone is out of charge, the application cannot be used and you will not be able to enter. Please note that there is no equipment that can be charged at the venue.
■Personal information will be obtained when purchasing a ticket. Personal information of visitors will be provided upon request from public institutions such as public health centers and local governments when COVID-19 infected person appears in the venue. The acquired personal information will not be used for any purpose other than the above, and will be destroyed one month after the performance ends.
■In the event of an emergency, the organizer of each performance may contact the ticket purchaser and obtain the personal information of the accompanying person.
■Those who meet the following conditions will be refused entry on the day.
In that case, we will not be able to refund the ticket fee and the fee incurred at the time of purchase.

■Please keep the distance between customers at entrances and exits, lobbys, toilets, etc.
■Voices, shooting, recording, recording, etc. during the performance are prohibited.

All of the above will be referred to as "admission conditions", so if you do not understand, we may refuse admission. Please note that there is not the ticket price for that case refund.
