Information on this performance

This performance will be held in accordance with the guidelines of the live house, taking measures to prevent COVID-19 infection first with the safety of all members, staff and customers.

Before purchasing a ticket, be sure to check the following notes and apply after understanding the contents.

[About ticket sales]
◆The capacity of the venue will be limited according to the guidelines for each venue.
◆Ticket refunds will not be accepted unless the performance is postponed or canceled.
◆If the government or local government requests shortening business hours, the opening/starting time may change.
Ticket refunds will not be accepted due to changes in time. Thank you for your understanding.
◆This performance will be sold only by electronic tickets.
◆Seat layout (with chairs / standing) may vary depending on each venue.
◆Preschool children are not allowed to enter / Tickets are required for elementary school students and above.
◆If there is a request from a public institution such as a public health center, such as when the COVID-19 infected person occurs, we will provide your registration information to public institutions and venues.

[After purchasing a ticket]
◆Please install the COVID-19 Contact Confirmation App (COCOA) in advance and turn on Bluetooth before using it.
◆If you purchase more than one ticket and come with your companion, please enter together.
◆Please check your physical condition and measure your body temperature before visiting the venue on the day of your daily health management.

[Before admission]
◆You may be asked to register a visitor information questionnaire before entering the venue. We will check the registration completion e-mail (automatic reply e-mail) to the visitor information questionnaire.
◆In order to avoid crowding at the time of admission, we may set a meeting time for each ticket number you have.
We will inform you on SNS etc. the day before the performance day.
◆At the time of admission, we will conduct non-contact temperature measurement and hand disinfection with alcohol.

Those who fall under any of the following are sorry, but we will refuse admission.
・Those who are concerned about each infectious disease including COVID-19
・Those who are found to be positive for COVID-19 infection and those who have been judged to have close contact or suspected.
・Those who have been tested positive for COVID-19 or are currently receiving instructions from a doctor to stay at home.
・Those who have abnormalities in physical condition, such as fever, cough, diarrhea, laxity, taste disorder, smell disorder, etc.
・Those who have close contact with those who have found positive COVID-19 infection, who are suspected of being infected by family members or close acquaintances.　
　In the past 14 days, travel from the government to countries/regions that require entry restrictions, observation periods after entry, and relevant countries/regions.
　Those who have close contact with local residents
・Those who have had a fever exceeding normal fever within 5 days
・Those who have confirmed a fever of 37.5°C or higher at the temperature measurement at the time of the visit
・Those who are not wearing a mask
・Those who cannot follow the instructions of the organizer or venue staff.

[Requests inside and outside the venue]
◆Please always wear a mask (non-woven mask recommended) correctly.
◆Loud conversations, vocalizations, and cheers are prohibited.
Please refrain from talking between customers with the mask removed.
◆Please cooperate with hand washing and hand disinfection.
At the time of admission, the staff will disinfect all visitors with hands.
◆Waiting, waiting, etc. are prohibited.
◆Please refrain from gifts, stand flowers, and congratulatory flowers to reduce the risk of infection.
◆Shooting and recording activities during live performances in the hall are prohibited.
◆Please note that we will record the inside of the venue, including customers, and video and photos may be released at a later date.

[After the performance]
◆After the performance, restrictions may be closed to alleviate congestion. Please wait on the spot until the staff is informed.
◆When you leave the venue, please return home immediately without detour. When you arrive at your home, be sure to wash your hands, gargle, and disinfect.

◆We may add and revise cautions from time to time due to changes in the guidelines and guidelines of infection status in COVID-19 infection and government agencies and industry groups.
◆We will take thorough measures to prevent infection, but please note that we are not responsible for infection in COVID-19 etc. in this performance.
