Relaxation of performance guidelines hosted by ExWHYZ

Thank you for always supporting ExWHYZ.

Since the spread of COVID-19 infection in the spring of 2020, we have established performance guidelines so that customers can come safely and with peace of mind. Since then, I would like to thank all the visitors for their understanding of the contents of the guidelines and for their cooperation in the various infection prevention measures we have requested.

In response to the government's measures to ease restrictions on actions, we will implement mitigation measures for voice calls during performances hosted by our artists who are currently announcing the event.
Assuming that you will be wearing a nonwoven fabric mask during the performance, it will be possible to speak out loud enough to talk with customers in the next seat.
However, please refrain from repeating and continuous vocalization at a louder voice than usual from the health aspect. Refunds will not be made due to easing measures related to voice calls. If you have difficulty visiting, please use the official resale function.

We will continue to take the following measures to prevent the spread of infection at the event venue.
We ask for your understanding and cooperation.

<About the performance>
The number of visitors in this performance is based on announcements from the government and local governments at the time of each performance announcement.

■We plan to sell tickets with capacity based on opinions such as restrictions on the holding of events by local governments COVID-19.
■Seat information may change depending on the announcement status of the government local government.
■The number of seats will be carried out in accordance with the guidelines of the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare and the rules set by the venue.
■During the opening, during the performance, and after the performance, the best method will be used to ensure continuous and efficient ventilation, such as air conditioning and opening of doors in the venue.
■At each performance (before opening), thorough disinfection of facilities in the venue, such as seats, lobby, and dressing room, will be performed.
■The venue staff is required to wear a mask, and we will keep a certain distance from the customer when serving customers.
■All tickets for this performance will be handled with digital tickets.
■If there is a request from the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare, government agencies, or local governments to refrain from holding the performance, the performance may be postponed or canceled. In addition, even if there is no request for self-restraint, the performance may be postponed or canceled, or the content of the event may be changed based on a comprehensive assessment of the spread of infection.
■In order to prevent the spread of COVID-19 infection, the following persons will be refused entry.
・Those who have a fever of 37.5 ° C or higher (heat fever of 1 ° C or more than normal fever) on the day of the performance (please measure the temperature before heading to the venue)
・Those who are worried about physical condition such as malaise
・Those who are not wearing a mask
・Those who have traveled to countries / areas where entry is restricted by the government within 2 weeks of the performance date
・Those who have close COVID-19 infected person, such as family members living together, and those who have contact with infected person COVID-19
・If you come after drinking, you may not be able to measure your body temperature properly and you may be refused entry.

<Requests and guidance to visitors>
■The name and contact information registered at the time of admission and ticket purchase (distribution) may be provided to local governments and public institutions such as public health centers.
■At the time of entry, a temperature measurement will be performed. Admission will be refused if a customer of 37.5°C or higher is detected.
■Please arrange the entrance line in a form that ensures social distance.
■Please refrain from moving during the performance in order to maintain the interval between customers.
■Please bring a mask on the day of the performance, and wear a mask during the performance and appreciate it.
■Speaking activities such as cheering during the performance will be lifted only when wearing a non-woven mask.
■You may remove the mask temporarily only when you consume the drink. Wear a mask immediately after ingestion. Also, please refrain from eating in the hall.
■A disinfectant will be installed at the entrance. Please cooperate with frequent disinfection.
■No smoking is allowed inside the venue. Please note that there is no smoking area.
■As a countermeasure against corona infectious diseases, we will refuse to receive gifts such as congratulatory flowers and letters at the venue.
　Also, please refrain from waiting outside the venue for performers.
■In addition to the above contents, we may ask you various requests to avoid congestion when entering or leaving.
■Please refrain from making direct inquiries to the venue.

We will strive to ensure that everyone can come with peace of mind.
